PRIVACY POLICY

This Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as the Privacy Policy) applies to all details of the Client that the Intelion Corporation website (hereinafter referred to as the Website) located on https://intelion/io (as well as its subdomains) may receive as the Client uses the website https://intelion/io (as well as its subdomains), its software, and its products.

1. Terms and Definitions

1.1. The following terms and definitions are used in this Privacy Policy:

1.1.1. "Intelion Corporation Website Administration" (hereinafter referred to as the Administration) shall mean employees authorised to manage the Intelion Corporation Website who arrange personal data processing and (or) process personal data, as well as determine the purposes for personal data processing, types of personal data to be processed, and actions (operations) to be performed regarding the personal data.

1.1.2. "Personal Data" shall mean any information that is directly or indirectly related to a certain person (data subject).

1.1.3. "Personal Data Processing" shall mean any action (operation) or set of actions (operations) to be performed with personal data using automation tools or without such tools, including collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, specifying (updating, amending), extraction, use, transfer (distribution, revealing, providing access), anonymisation, blocking, deleting, or destructing the personal data.

1.1.4. "Personal Data Confidentiality" shall mean a requirement for the data operator or other persons who have access to personal data to prevent the data from being distributed without the prior consent of the data subject or any other legal grounds.

1.1.5. “Intelion Corporation Website” shall mean a collection of interconnected online web pages having a unique URL: https://intelion/io as well as its subdomains.

1.1.6. “Subdomains” shall mean web pages, or a collection of web pages located on third-level domains that belong to the Intelion Corporation Website, as well as other temporary web pages with the contact details of the Administration indicated below.

1.1.7. “Intelion Corporation Website User” (hereinafter referred to as the Client) shall mean a person who has access to the Intelion Corporation Website via the Internet and who uses the information, materials, services and products provided by the Intelion Corporation Website and its resources.

1.1.8. "Cookies" shall mean tiny pieces of data sent by a web server and stored on a user's computer that the web client or web browser sends to the web server in an HTTP request every time the user tries to open the corresponding website.

1.1.9. “IP Address” shall mean a unique network address of a computer network node through which the Client gains access to the Website.

1.1.10. “Confidential Information” shall mean spoken and/or written information that is not subject to disclosure by a person who has access to it due to the use of the Intelion Corporation Website, its software, and its products.

2. General Terms and Conditions

2.1. By using the Intelion Corporation Website, the Client agrees with this Privacy Policy and the terms and conditions of processing the Client’s personal data.

2.2. In case the Client does not agree with the terms and conditions of the Privacy Policy, he/she shall immediately stop using the Intelion Corporation Website and performing any operations that correspond to the Intelion Corporation Website.

2.3. This Privacy Policy applies to the Intelion Corporation Website. The Website does not control and is not responsible for any third-party websites to which the Client can be redirected as he/she clicks the links found on the Intelion Corporation Website.

2.4. The Administration does not verify the accuracy of personal data provided by the Client.

3. Scope of Privacy Policy

3.1. This Privacy Policy establishes the Administration’s obligations to keep confidential and to protect personal data that the Client provides at the Administration’s request as he/she signs up on the Intelion Corporation Website.

3.2. Personal data authorised to be processed under this Privacy Policy is provided by the Client by completing the sign-up form on the Intelion Corporation Website and may include the following information:

3.2.1. Last name and first name(s) of the Client;

3.2.2. Client's phone number;

3.2.3. Client's email;

3.2.4. Client's mailing address;

3.2.5. Client IP;

3.2.6. Bitcoin wallet address.

3.3. The Website protects data that is automatically transmitted when visiting web pages:

- IP address;

- Information collected with cookies;

- Browser details;

- Access time;

- Referrer (address of the previous web page).

3.3.1. Disabled cookies may result in failure to access parts of the Website that require authentication.

4.1.2. Provide the Client with access to his/her private data on the Intelion Corporation Website.

4.1.3. Get feedback from the Client, including notifications, inquiries regarding the use of the Intelion Corporation Website and its products (resources), and processing of requests and applications filed by the Client.

4.1.4. Identify the Client's location to ensure security and prevent fraud.

4.1.5. Confirm the authenticity and completeness of personal data provided by the Client.

4.1.6. Create an account to use parts of the Intelion Corporation Website if the Client has agreed to create an account.

4.1.7. Send email notifications to the Client.

4.1.8. Provide the Client with effective technical support in case of issues associated with the use of the Intelion Corporation Website and its products (resources).

4.1.9. Provide the Client, upon his/her consent, with special offers, newsletters, and other information on behalf of the Intelion Corporation Website.

5. Ways and Terms of Personal Data Processing

5.1. The Client’s personal data is processed without any time limit, in any legal way, including personal data information systems, using automation tools or without such tools.

5.2. The Client’s personal data may be transferred to authorised bodies of the country whose law is the governing law to the Administrator, strictly on the grounds and in the manner established by applicable laws.

5.3. In case of loss or disclosure of personal data, the Administrator is entitled not to inform the Client about the loss or disclosure of personal data.

5.4. The Administration takes necessary organisational and technical measures to protect the Client's personal data from unauthorised or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, distribution, and other illegal third-party actions.

5.5. The Administration, together with the Client, takes all necessary action to prevent losses or other negative consequences caused by loss or disclosure of the Client's personal data.

6. Rights and Obligations of the Parties

6.1. The Client is entitled to:

6.1.1. Make a free decision to provide his/her personal data necessary to use the Intelion Corporation Website and its products (resources) and give his/her consent to personal data processing.

6.1.2. Update and amend the personal data in case of personal data change.

6.1.3. The Client is entitled to receive information from the Administration regarding the processing of his/her personal data, if such a right is not limited in accordance with the laws. The Client is entitled to ask the Administration to specify, block, or destruct his/her personal data, if the personal data is incomplete, outdated, inaccurate, illegally obtained or not necessary for the stated purpose of processing, as well as take action prescribed by law to protect his/her rights. To do this, the Client should notify the Administration by the specified email.

6.2. The Administration is obliged to:

6.2.1. Use the information received solely for the purposes specified by Clause 4 of this Privacy Policy.

6.2.2. Make sure that Confidential Information is kept confidential and will not be disclosed without the Client's prior written consent; not to sell, exchange, publish or disclose other personal data of the Client, except for the cases when Clause 5.2. of this Privacy Policy applies.

6.2.3. Take precautions to protect the Client's Personal Data Confidentiality in accordance with the procedure used in the standard business practice to protect personal data.

6.2.4. To block the personal data related to the Client, once the Client or his/her legal representative or government body authorised to protect the rights of personal data subjects during the inspection term applies or requests so, in case of revealing unreliable personal data or any illegal actions.

7. Liability of the Parties

7.1. The Administration which has failed to perform hereunder, will be liable for losses incurred by the Client due to the unlawful use of personal data, in accordance with the applicable law, except for cases provided for in Clause 5.2 and Clause 7.2 of this Privacy Policy.

7.2. In case of loss or disclosure of Confidential Information, the Administration will not be liable if this confidential information:

7.2.1. Became public before its loss or disclosure.

7.2.2. Was received from a third party before being received by the Administration.

7.2.3. Was disclosed upon the Client's consent.

7.3. The Client is fully responsible for compliance with applicable laws, including laws on advertising, protection of copyright and related rights, protection of trademarks and service marks, but not limited to the above, including full responsibility for the contents and form of his/her materials.

7.4. The Client acknowledges that he/she bears full responsibility for any electronic assets and data (including, but not limited to: data files, texts, other electronic assets), to which he/she may have access as the Website user and which he/she can generate using the Intelion Corporation Website products (resources).

7.5. The Client agrees that the information provided to him/her as the Intelion Corporation Website user may be subject to intellectual property rights that are reserved and belong to other persons.

7.6. The Administration will not be liable to the Client for any loss or damage incurred by the Client due to deleting, failure or inability to save any content or contact details found on the Intelion Corporation Website or transferred through it.

7.7. The Administration will not be liable for any direct or indirect losses incurred due to: use or failure to use the Website or individual Website services; unauthorised access to Client's communications; statements or behaviour of any third party who uses the Website.

7.8. The Administration is not responsible for any information posted by the Client on the Intelion Corporation Website.

8. Dispute Settlement

8.1. Before applying to the court with a claim for disputes arising from the relations between the Client and the Administration, filing a claim (a written proposal or an electronic proposal for a voluntary settlement of the dispute) is mandatory.

8.2. The recipient of the claim will notify the applicant in writing or electronically about the results of the claim consideration within 30 (thirty) calendar days from the day of receiving the claim.

8.3 If the Parties fail to agree on the dispute, the dispute shall be settled by a court of the Republic of Panama.

8.4. The existing law of the Republic of Panama applies to this Privacy Policy and relations between the Client and the Administration.

9. Additional Terms and Conditions

9.1. The Administration is entitled to change this Privacy Policy without the Client’s prior consent.

9.2. A new version of the Privacy Policy will come into effect once it has been posted on the Intelion Corporation Website, unless the new version of the Privacy Policy says otherwise. If the Client enters into any transactions on the Intelion Corporation Website or uses its services after the new version of the Privacy Policy has been published that shall mean that the Client has agreed to use the new version of the Privacy Policy.
